#2 Perform a Technical Audit Of Your Website
You need to have a technically sound website – otherwise Googlebot and your users will not be able to engage with your content.

- structurally sound
- does not contain 404 errors
- does not have duplication issues
- contains a valid XML sitemap and robots.txt
- contains a (SSL certification)

There are two types of schema mark-up that have been created for real estate.
These are RealEstateListing and RealEstateAgent schema.
